Purpose: This isn't your average introductory call. Think of it as the first step in joining a community of trailblazers. Itʼs our chance to dive into your story—your passions, your career journey, and what excites you about Lumos.

What to Expect: An informational chat with one of our team members whoʼs eager to learn about what makes you tick and to explore your potential fit within our pioneering community of the first 100. Weʼll also shed some light on the role and how itʼs a canvas waiting for your unique brushstrokes.

Stage 2: Initial Screen(s)

Purpose: These stages are about peeling back the layers of your professional skills and seeing how your vision aligns with ours. Whether itʼs a technical assessment or a discussion with the hiring manager, weʼre keen on understanding how you approach problems and innovate solutions.

What to Expect: Depending on the role, this might be a technical screen that challenges your skills or a deeper conversation about your experiences and how they align with the dynamic landscape of Lumos. Itʼs your chance to showcase your expertise and how you can shape the future of IT with us.

Stage 3: Virtual “Onsiteˮ Interviews

Purpose: Welcome to the core of our interview process! This is more than what you bring to the table—itʼs about how you interact with potential future colleagues and contribute to ongoing projects.

What to Expect: A series of interviews focusing on different competencies essential to the role. It could be a take home assignment review, coding, case study, or live mock call. Youʼll meet with various team members who are eager to see your problem-solving skills in action and your potential to lead andinspire. Each session is designed to understand your capabilities and how your unique approach can resonate within Lumos.

After the Interview
