There's been a shift on making sure there's an efficiency of the budget that's being allocated to technology, as in most organizations tech is one of the largest, if not the largest, spend from both the people and software perspective. IT leaders need to be able to make the tough calls and the trade-off decisions about what needs to be prioritized from an implementation perspective.
